What does the literature cover?

Support in pregnancy, side-lying posture, and the positioning work published in nursing and physiotherapy journals.

Each claim is linked to the study behind it, because a positioning claim without a source is an opinion in a confident tone.

What this site will not do

Diagnose anything, prescribe for a medical condition, or tell a reader that the way they sleep is wrong.

It will describe what other people have measured, and say plainly where nobody has measured anything.

What is original?

Counts. When a figure is this site's own it is a tally of sources read on a named date, shown with its totals.

It is a small claim, made precisely, and it is never confused with having tested a thing.
